Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Travique, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while accounting for the commitments we make on your behalf with our travel partners.

1. Cancellation by You

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@traviquetales.com .
  • The cancellation charge depends on the time of cancellation relative to the departure date.
  • For group tours, custom trips, and fixed departures, the following fees typically apply:
    • 30+ days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
    • 0–14 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from confirmation of cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Travique

In rare cases, Travique may cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or minimum group size not being met. In such cases:

  • You will receive a full refund or an option to transfer the booking to another trip/date.
  • No cancellation charges will apply in such scenarios.

3. Non-Refundable Components

  • Flight/train bookings, visa fees, or other third-party payments made on your behalf are non-refundable unless specified.
  • Last-minute bookings or special discounts may be non-refundable and will be explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.

4. Refund Mode

All eligible refunds will be made through the original method of payment. Any processing charges incurred during the original transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.
